Barton, Chilwell 620, LAL849, seen in Huntingdon Street Bus Station in Nottingham, was a Leyland CPO1 Comet which had a Beccols FC34F body when new in May 1950, the chassis having been converted to forward control by Beccols.
Barton "sold" it to the Ulster Transport Authority, Belfast as number 300 in May 1955 and "re-purchased" it in May 1956. It was re-seated to FDP37F in February 1960 and was withdrawn in September 1963, passing to Wombwell Diesels (dealer), Wombwell, and was last licensed in September 1964.
