Western Welsh 173, OUH173G, was one of six Leyland Leopard PSU3A/4RT with Plaxton Panorama Elite bodywork new in April 1969.
It was renumbered UC169 in August 1974 and, again, to UC3869 in October 1975. Withdrawn in 1981, it passed to G Ripley (dealer), Carlton, in May 1982.
