Southend open top Fleetline 370, WJN370J, outside the Kursaal on a 67 to Shoeburyness East Beach in May 1986. It displays the "Diverted via Special Route" blind, but this is not Carnival Day, which is in August. More likely Air Show Day, when the Sea Front Services are also disrupted. However, it looks as if the wrong destination is shown as it appears to be heading west, rather than east towards Shoebury!
