New to Sheffield United Tours in May 1935 this AEC 665 Ranger, AWJ235, had been rebuilt to forward control layout and rebodied with a Harrington C33F body in May 1949 for Sherriff, Gainsborough.
When seen at Vauxhall Cross in London it was operated by contractor Dorman Long, a Middlesbrough contractor as staff transport.
