Seen in Leeds, on the land between Lisbon Street and Saville Street is Ribble, Preston 219, BDV6, a Leyland TS7 with a Burlingham B35F body fitted in 1949, when it was numbered 2710, being renumbered to 219 in 1951.
It was withdrawn in 1960, passing to Milburn Motors (dealer), Preston in July 1961.
It had been new as Devon General XL115, with a Harrington B32F body, in March 1936, and had been repainted in Grey Cars livery, re-seated to C32F and renumbered TCL115 in 1946. Withdrawn in 1948, it was purchased by Ribble as a chassis, along with six others.
