West Riding 247, RWY516F, was ex-Mexborough & Swinton 16, a Daimler Fleetline with Northern Counties H44/33F body dating from 1967. It was sold to West Riding in 1969 and became fleet number 613 in 1971.
This shot has remained a negative until now, previously ignored because of its poor quality. It was only when I decided to scan it did I discover the origin of the bus. I presume it was another of my rushed shots taken because of its rarity at the time. How many of these did WR buy?
