Jersey Motor Transport 49, J5660 was a May 1951 Leyland Tiger PS1/1 with Reading B34F body whose life was extended by OMO/OPO use.
A fantastic debut for my first ever Jersey local travel, being conveyed on route 14 from St Helier to St Aubin.
Happily this one was preserved locally in November 1975 and then saw time in Guernsey and Scotland, becoming reregistered OAS624 in February 2003, ten months after convertible open-top CO35F conversion. The latter ensured more gruelling public work at Mac Tours, Ensign and currently City Sightseeing, Belfast from November 2012 with a 65th birthday earlier this year, 2016.
