Stonier, Goldenhill acquired Leyland PD3/1 PVD629, seen here at the Stonier garage in High Street, Goldenhill, from Central S.M.T., Motherwell HL208 in October 1967 and numbered it 2.
It had a Northern Counties H41/32RD body and had been new in 1957, reportedly as H41/32R, as Laurie (Chieftain), Hamilton 59, passing with the business to Central S.M.T. In October 1961. It was withdrawn by Stonier in October 1971, passing firstly to T.P.E. (dealer) and then to Wombwell Diesels (dealer) in December 1971.
