Newcastle Corporation MCW bodied Sunbeam F4 460, LBB60, new in early 1949.
This is an early shot of Robert's, probably taken around 1960. It's on 6x9 cm film, which only gave 8 shots per roll and at this time he seems to have limited himself to around one shot per operator!
I think the vehicle behind is probably one of the NCB bodied Sunbeam S7s, and there's a Tyneside Electric train crossing the bridge.
