New to Eastbourne Corporation in 1936 as no 95, with Leyland H48R body Leyland Titan TD4c JK5605 was converted to open top in 1952.
Despite bitterly cold weather JK5605 is seen here simmering away at Kirkby Stephen West station on the Settle Carlisle Line after the torturous climb out of Kirkby Stephen proved just too much for the old girl!
