New in May 1955, SNN609 was numbered 929 when acquired by Barton, Chilwell in October 1961 from Robin Hood Nottingham. Seen at Ascot Races, this was an A.E.C. MU3RV Reliance with a Weymann Fanfare C41F body and was withdrawn in 1969. The body was scrapped in November 1969 and the chassis rebuilt as Barton BTS2/1074 which was fitted with a Plaxton C45F body, numbered 1137 and registered YRR515H in February 1970.
