Eastern Counties RL692, CMO649J, a Bristol RELL6G built in 1971 with ECW B49F bodywork.
This had been new as Thames Valley 231 and traces of its former life can be seen to the left of the current fleet name. This does not appear to be in Poppy Red but it does have the later two-tone NBC logo.
