WA management were impressed with the two-week trial and ordered two Atlanteans for delivery in 1968. Unfortunately, the timing was unfortunate as K&D had just taken delivery of two PD3s, and they were to sell their routes to Leeds City Transport in March 1968, so the Atlanteans were cancelled.
