United Autos 57, EF4232, was a Thornycroft BC with a Vickers B32F body originally bought by Eastern Express Motors of West Hartlepool in 1929. (Thanks to David Beilby for this information).
This photo print was stamped with "W Speight, Keighley". Despite a previous effort to identify the location in the "Do You Know" section on the Old Bus Photo website, the mystery remains where (and why) a professional Keighley photographer took this United line-up? The distinctive building and tram track in the foreground might help to identify the location but after consultation with local experts, Keighley has been ruled out.
