Making a contrast with BUC4, United 1006 (originally BUC6), 4206HN, a Bristol MW6G with ECW C39F body heels over at Killermont Street, Glasgow, probably on the Scarborough or Whitley Bay service. Sometimes these buses were used for local Eastern Scottish services whilst laying over in the city!
Dundas Street bus station with its giant Bluebird symbol is in the background, as are a Western "Y "type, Midland PD3 and a GCT rear entrance Daimler or Leyland. Nothing remains in this picture apart from the futuristic looking college towering above condemned tenements. Part of the city chambers can be seen too.
