The Inner London Education Authority was the education arm of the Greater London Council, which replaced the London County Council on 1 April 1965. Between 1964 and 1970 over a hundred Bedford VAS2 with Duple Midland or, later, Willowbrook B30F bodies were purchased new. 415, WLD415G, was one of a batch of 26 new in 1969.
