Newport Corporation 181, PDW779, was one of 21 Longwell Green H30/28R bodied Leyland PD2/40 new in 1958.
The bodies incorporated Metal Sections frames. It passed, along with 12 others from the batch, to P Sykes (dealer), Barnsley in May 1972.
