DCN901 was one of 25 Park Royal bodied AEC Monocoach MC3RV new to Northern General between October 1954 and January 1955.
It had been Northern General 1601 and was one of ten new in January 1955. After withdrawal in 1969 it was one of eight which passed to Martin (dealer), Weaverham, where it is seen here. It was acquired by R Pearce, Pontypool in September 1969 and then, via two Cardiff dealers from April 1972, to Wigley (dealer), Carlton, in February 1978, for scrap.
