Luton Corporation 140, RNM140, was one of nine Leyland PD2/22 with MCCW L27/28R bodywork new in October 1956.
The non-standard dome was fitted by November 1968 following a low-bridge accident. When the Corporation fleet was acquired by the National Bus Company, with effect from 4 January 1970, it was transferred immediately to its United Counties subsidiary, where 140 became 800. It was soon withdrawn, in February 1970 and passed to S Twell (dealer), Ingham, in July 1970.
