Luton Corporation '134', 'XXE134H', was one of five Bristol LHS6P with ECW B37F bodywork which had been delivered around November 1969 but not licensed by the Corporation.
The registrations were never actually issued to the buses by Luton County Borough and were re-allocated to other motor vehicles. '134' had arrived later than the rest of the batch due to an accident at Bury St Edmunds on delivery. Instead of entering service with Luton the batch went to Eastern Counties for which they were re-registered. '134' was re-registered WNG 105H and became LHS 599 in the Eastern Counties fleet in February 1970. It was renumbered LHS936 in February 1977 and withdrawn in November 1980, passing to Doncaster Metropolitan District Council (Education Department), Doncaster by March 1981.
