McLennan, Spittalfield GDK9 was a Leyland PS1 with Burlingham C33F body new to Yelloway Rochdale in December 1947 and acquired in April 1958.

New to Yelloway, Rochdale in 1948 with a Trans United C33F body, GDK301, arrived with McLennan, Spittalfield in April 1958 and ran in service for a short while before being sold to Duncan, Kinloch Rannoch in 1959, returning to McLennan in February 1963. On its return it was rebodied with the McLennan B36F body seen in this shot in Dundee. It was again withdrawn and passed to Edgar, Dundee as a non-P.S.V. possibly on loan, by May 1972. It returned once more by January 1974 and was still licensed in 1977.

Seen in Kingston Road, Stoneleigh on its way to Epsom racecourse was YDK590, an A.E.C. 2MU3RA Reliance with a Harrington Cavalier C37F which had been new to Yelloway, Rochdale but was with Allmey, Eastcote, Middlesex at the time of the photograph.

Vagg, Knockin Heath, 2921DK, seen at Vagg's garage, was an A.E.C. 4MU3RA Reliance with a Harrington Cavalier C45F body which had been new, in April 1962, to Yelloway, Rochdale, hence the roof mounted destination box.

In May/June 1971 Yelloway, Rochdale put seven new coaches into service and TDK689J which was an A.E.C. 6U3ZR Reliance, one of two which had Plaxton Panorama Elite II C45F bodies, is seen at Victoria Coach Station, the other five having similar bodies but seating 49.
