Seen turning from Buckingham Palace Road into Semley Place, as it approaches Victoria Coach Station, is Western Welsh UD4765, DBO154C, which was an A.E.C. 2MU3RA Reliance with a Plaxton Panorama C36F body which had been new in March 1965 as Western Welsh 154.
It had been re-seated to C38F in winter 1965/6 and to C40F probably the following winter and was renumbered to UC365 in 1974. It was hired to Red & White, as UD4765, from November 1975 to December 1976. It was repainted into Jones' blue & white dual purpose colours with Jones fleetnames in May 1976 but was again repainted in the red & white livery with Red & White fleetnames within a few days, as seen here.
