This is SWN159 formally United Welsh Lodekka 323 dating from 1959 and later converted into a tree lopper.
Looks like some work on it has been done in preservation but difficult to tell if the work has come to a stop. It was withdrawn in 1990 and listed as having H33/27R, then O33/27R ECW Body and a Gardner 6LW engine
