9. OUP667 ... Sunderland District received thirteen Saro B44F bodied Leyland Tiger Cub PSUC1/1's in 1954 as part of a larger BET order. Considerd by many to be the most attractive of the early 50's designs, their appearance was enhanced by the lovely SDO livery. 270, OUP667, is seen laying over in Manors bus park with the blind set for the return jouney home. 12. PUP54? ... Age before beauty??. Sunderland District 27?, PUP54?, waits at the level crossing on Philadelphia Lane for an NCB load of empty coal wagons.
