The South Wales, Swansea tree-lopper on trade plate 023BX, was an A.E.C. 9612A Regent III which had been new in 1949 as FWN361 with a Weymann H30/26R body and with fleet number 323.
Withdrawn from service in 1961 it was converted to a tree lopper and is seen at Ravenhill Garage, Swansea in September 1969, although it was recorded in P.S.V. Circle publication PG4 as passing to W. North (dealer), Sherburn-in-Elmet in 1968.
