1. GNN134 ... With a Roe L27/28R body, GNN134, a Guy Arab II new in May 1944, had been D34 in the East Midland fleet. It was rebodied with another Roe L27/28R body in 1954 and was acquired by Silcox, Pembroke Dock in 1960 becoming number 52.

4. ODE402 ... Seen at the Pembroke Dock garage of Silcox is number 25, ODE402, a Bristol K6G the chassis of which was new in 1950 and which had not been bodied until July 1952 when it was fitted with a 1940 Metro Cammell FH32/28R body ex-Birmingham trolleybus 83 (FOK83).

6. NDE330 ... Number 3 in the Silcox, Pemroke Dock fleet, NDE330 was a Bristol L5G with a Silcox DP39F body which had been new in March 1951.

7. NDE332 ... New in June 1951 as Silcox number 5, NDE332 was a Bristol L5G with a Silcox FDP39F body. In June 1961 it was fitted with a new Marshall FDP39F body.

8. NDE332 ... Seen at the garage in Pembroke Dock is Silcox 5, NDE332, a Bristol L5G which had been new in June 1951 with a Silcox FDP39F body (according to the P.S.V. Circle Fleet History) although NDE 330/1 (L5G) had Silcox DP39F bodies and NDE 616 (LL5G) had a Silcox DP41F body. In June 1961 NDE332 received a new Marshall FDP39F body and is seen here at the garage.

9. ODE401 ... One of two Bristol K6Gs new in June 1952, ODE401, Silcox, Pembroke Dock 24, had a secondhand Metro-Cammell FH32/28R body from Birmingham trolleybus 90 (FOK90) when new. It was rebodied in 1961/2 with the Willowbrook L27/28R body from Silcox's A.E.C. number 42 (RC4630).

10. ODE401 ... Silcox, Pembroke Dock 24 a Bristol K6G ODE401 dating from 1952 was fitted, when new, with a secondhand body from a Birmingham trolleybus but was rebodied in 1961/2 with a 1948 Willowbrook L27/28R body ex Trent 42 (RC4630) and is seen in the garage yard.

15. HUH25 ... HUH25, a Leyland PSUC1/1T Tiger Cub with a Weymann B44F body had been new as Western Welsh 1025 in December 1953. It had passed from Western Welsh to Eynon, Trimsaran in October 1965 before becoming Silcox, Pembroke Dock 76 the following year.

18. DCN845 ... New in July 1954 as Northern General 1545, DCN845 was acquired by Silcox, Pembroke Dock in 1968 and numbered 1. It was a Leyland PSUC1/1 Tiger Cub with a Saro B44F body.

27. VFM587 ... Crosville DLB722, VFM587, was a Bristol LD6B new in May 1955 with an Eastern Coachworks H33/25RD body. Crosville who had, at some time, fitted a Gardner 6LW engine, withdrew it in August 1969 and it is seen here as Silcox, Pembroke Dock 89 having been acquired in 1969.

29. XFM180 ... Silcox Motor Coach Co Ltd were known for a sizeable fleet of second hand Bristols purchased between 1969 and 1973 including a small number of double deckers. On the left is 103, XFM180, a 1955 LD6G Lodekka with ECW H33/27RD bodywork purchased in June 1970 from Crosville where it was DLB769.

30. KDB637 ... Two Leyland PSUC1/1 Tiger Cubs were acquired by Silcox, Pembroke Dock from North Western Road Car Company in 1970 following the three acquired in 1969. KDB637, like the others, had Weymann B44F bodywork new in 1956 and became number 92.

After withdrawal in 1980 the bus had a number of owners including Crosville and Lincolnshire before joining the fleet of Silcox of Pembroke Dock in 1986 who ran it for 11 years until 1997 when it was acquired for preservation.

Silcox, Pembroke Dock 102, VDE874J, was the second Leyland PSU3A/4R Leopard to be delivered to the fleet in late 1970 and was fitted with a Plaxton Elite Express C53F body, eligible for the bus-grant scheme of the time by virtue of the wide entrance with the two piece doors amongst other requirements.
