Former Royal Blue 1226, HOD28, a Bristol L6A with Beadle C31F body, new in 1948 and withdrawn in 1960.

Passing (along with its now more famous sister HOD30) to a china clay works for staff transport it later passed to Colin Shears' West of England Transport Collection at Winkleigh, where it is seen here in 1974. HOD30 eventually went on to be magnificently restored in the North of England, whilst HOD28 was presumably broken up for spares.
