1. BHE442
Eastbourne Electric Tramway BHE442, a Leyland Tiger PS1 ancilliary vehicle. New to Yorkshire Traction (781) in 1949 with a Brush B32F body, it was withdrawn by them in 1960 and sold to the ETC who cut it down into this form.

Eastbourne hosted a miniature tramway for tourists between 1954 and 1969 running two thirds of a mile close to the beach from Princes Park to the Crumbles, where the Sovereign Centre development now stands. Initially 15 inch gauge, it was later changed to 2 feet. Car 01, the shop, is seen at the western terminus, with 7 in the background.

Modern Electric Tramways 6 near to the depot. Built in 1954 as a single deck toastrack, it was later rebuilt, in 1956, as an open topper based on the Llandudno & Colwyn Bay ex-Bournemouth trams. It now runs at Seaton in Devon to where the Eastbourne system moved in 1970.

Eastbourne Miniature Tram 7, built in 1958. The Eastbourne system moved to Seaton in 1970 where it still runs today.

Modern Electric Tramways 7 at the Crumbles terminus of the line from Eastbourne. Built in 1958 it was an open topper based on the Llandudno & Colwyn Bay ex- Bournemouth trams. It now runs at Seaton in Devon to where the Eastbourne system moved in 1970.

Eastbourne car 7 was based on the ex Bournemouth cars that had run at Llandudno. It must be said that boarding these vehicles was a bit of a squeeze.

Modern Electric Tramways 4 passing the depot. This was built in 1961, based on the open boat design at Blackpool. It now runs at Seaton in Devon to where the Eastbourne system moved in 1970.
