Manx Electric Railway
The Manx Electric Railway is an electric tramway connecting Douglas, Laxey and Ramsey in the Isle of Man. Regular public services started on 7 September 1893.

Manx Electric Railway 1, dating from 1893, was one of three unvestibuled saloons, seating 38 on longitudinal seats, built by Milnes on Brush bogies with Witting Eborall motors.

Manx Electric Railway 5 was built in 1893 by Milnes as a vestibuled saloon on Brush trucks, with Witting Eborall motors, and seated 32 on transverse seats.

Manx Electric Railway 33, was the second of two toastrack cars built in 1906.

Manx Electric Railway trailer car 40, which seated 40 on transverse seats, was built in 1930 by English Electric, Preston, using Milnes bogies from 1894, which had come from one of the trailer cars burnt out in the depot fire in April 1930.
