Morecambe bought their last AEC Regent IIIs in 1954, a trio with Park Royal bodies. The last of the three 81, TTB690, makes it way through promenade holiday traffic when some 19 years old.
In 1974 this bus passed to the new Lancaster City Council fleet and was withdrawn by them in 1976.
