JTE546, seen in Morecambe was an A.E.C. 6811A Regent III which had been new, with a Park Royal H30/26R body, in September 1948, being numbered 20 in the Morecambe & Heysham fleet.
It was re-seated to H33/26R in July 1962, and was withdrawn in October 1971.
Transferred to the Publicity Department c11/72, it was converted into a touring promotional vehicle for the resort, losing several seats but receiving an enclosed rear platform. It was transferred to Lancaster City Council Publicity and Amenities Department in April 1974, in the same role, being transferred to the Transport Department in February 1979, and was re-instated as a P.S.V. in May 1983. It moved to Lancaster City Transport Ltd. On 26th October 1986 when the new company was formed and is recorded as being in original Morecambe livery.
