Maidstone & District 3070, JKK170E, was a Leyland Panther PSUR1/1R with Willowbrook B53F bodywork, which had ben new in February 1967 as S70 and renumbered 3070 in 1968.
It was one of 50, the first of which had been exhibited at the 1966 Commercial Motor Show and had been new in October 1966, while the remaining 49 were new between December 1966 and June 1967. The first 20 were new as B53F, then converted to B45F and equipped for one-person operation through 1967 and 1968. The remaining 30 had been B45F and equipped for OPO from new.
3070 was withdrawn in 1980.
