29. PBJ2F ... Seen at the Clacton Transport Fair and Running Day on Sunday 2nd June is Lowestoft PD2/Massey 12, PBJ2F. Lowestoft was one of the smaller municipal fleets, changing its name to Waveney with local government reorganisation and eventually being taken over by Eastern Counties.
