Former Liverpool C.T. XL173, SKB170, a Leyland Royal Tiger PSU1/13 originally new in 1956 fitted with Crossley B40F body, but rebuilt by Metro-Cammell as an RC23/21F one-and-a-half-decker airport coach in 1961.
Seen here at Southport having passed into the ownership of a member of the Mersey & Calder Bus Preservation Group and taking part in the Ribble Enthusiasts' Club Blackpool-Southport rally in 1974.
