Lancashire United Transport 276, ETJ912F, and 193, RTC358C, both Guy Arab V (6LW) with Northern Counties H41/32F bodies, new in 1967 and 1965.
Taken whilst on a school transport society visit to LUT at Howe Bridge depot and a locomotive works (would it have been the Vulcan Foundry works ?) at Newton-le-Willows. I think the school transport society only lasted for one season, then ceased through lack of interest, and more so due to the general disapproval of the very academic and classics-minded headmaster !
