23. FFU858 ... Seen in an almost deserted Glasgow Paddocks, Doncaster is Lincolnshire 1871, FFU858. Although delivered to Enterprise & Silver Dawn as 54 it had not been licensed when Lincolnshire acquired the company in March 1950 and it entered service in July 1950 as Lincolnshire 854. It became 1871 in the 1953 renumbering and was an A.E.C. 9621E Regal III with a Willowbrook DP35F body. (Fri 19/4/57, Glasgow Paddocks bus station, Doncaster)
24. FFW830 ... Licolnshire Road Car 749, FFW830, a 1950 Bristol L5G with ECW B35R body was renumbered as 2020 in 1953. Following withdrawal in 1964, it passed to a number of owners until it was bought by Chris Bulmer of North Stainley near Harrogate. He uses the bus on a vintage service in the Yorkshire Dales. 26. GFW278 ... Shaw, Byers Green GFW278 seen in Spennymoor was a Bristol KS6B with an Eastern Coachworks H32/28R body which had been new as Lincolnshire 777 in May 1951.
