Leeds works car 6 leaving the Sovereign Street permanent way yard. It was used as a stores car from 1949 until 1954 and then as a rail grinder and was one of four rail grinders in use during the 1950s. This was ex Hull 96, acquired in July 1945 and used initially as a snow plough. It is now restored at Heaton Park museum in Manchester.
