Seen at the terminus of the 46 route in Henconner Lane, Bramley is Leyland PD1 323, JUG623, one of fifteen Leyland PD1s with Roe H31/25R bodies, dating from 1946.
Fourteen of these were the stalwarts of route 46 from Bramley Town End to Belle Isle for many years. The angled exit from the garage, dating from its days as a tram depot, is just visible. The fifteenth of the PD1s, JUG 631, had been fitted with an O600 engine in 1948 and spent its time on the 54 route from Rodley to Leeds.
