Leeds 26, GNW709, the last of the eight Leyland TS8s with Roe B36R bodies is seen at Wortley, the western terminus of circuitous route 45 which ran to Harehills via Armley, Bramley, Kirkstall, Headingley, Meanwood and Carr Manor (a journey time of forty-two minutes with three minutes layover).
The route was later extended at its eastern end to serve Seacroft.
