Leeds 249, FNW740, an A.E.C. O661 Regent, new in December 1937, with a Roe H31/25R body is seen in Stanningley Road, Bramley on a short working, to Bramley Town End, of the Half Mile Lane route.
The building to the right is Bramley Garage. 249 had been out of use from 1950 but was reinstated in December 1953 for tram replacement and was finally withdrawn at the end of December 1955 and sold to North (dealer), Leeds in December 1956.
