Leeds were the only operators to purchase Leyland PD2/11 models, fifteen having Roe H33/25R bodies and five having Metro Cammell H33/25R bodies. They were used initially mainly on the service from the Central Bus Station to Half Mile Lane and Roe bodied 212, UUA212, which had entered service two days earlier, is seen at the Bramley Station stop in Stanningley Road on its way to Half Mile Lane.
212 has been preserved.
