Horsfield 188, having ascended from the Parkside crossover through Middleton Woods on the wrong line due to overhead work being carried out, regains the correct track by using the crossover by the sub-station at the top of the woods.
It will continue through Middleton, Belle Isle and the City Centre to Halton. On the left is an Inspector talking to the driver of a tram waiting to descend through the woods when the track is clear.
