Leeds Horsfields 161 and 173, with Brush 37/23 bodies on Peckham P.35 trucks are seen in York Street outside the Central Bus Station, with 161 using the crossover at lunchtime to make the final mid-day peak hour journey to Belle Isle on route 26.
They entered service on 15th April and 20th May 1931 respectively and were withdrawn on 28th March and 7th November 1959 respectively. A Sheffield 'C' fleet bus is in the bus station, working the hourly 67 route to Sheffield, operated jointly with West Riding and Yorkshire Traction, which required five buses.
