Bought by Isle of Man Transport in 1981, 62, N872MAN, was originally 675, GBB511K, in the Tyne and Wear PTE fleet, a 1972 Leyland Atlantean PDR2/1 with Alexander bodywork to a design pioneered by Newcastle Corporation for their one man double deckers.
The design was unusual in having a nearside staircase. When photographed the bus was wearing an advertising livery for Coop Foodstores.
