Hall Bros., South Shields CU4746 was a Leyland PS1, new in November 1947 with a Burlingham C33F body.

2. CU4952
CU4952, a Leyland PS1, had been new in December 1947 to Hall, South Shields with a Burlingham C33F body. It was rebuilt with a full front by Picktree in 1955 and sold in February 1959 to Close, High Pittington and, having then been sold in 1963, was noted with Firth (contractor), Doncaster in 1965.

Seen in Portland Street Coach Park in Manchester is CU6950, a Hall Brothers, South Shields, Leyland PSUC1/2T Tiger Cub with Strachan Everest C41C body new in 1954.

CU6954 was a Leyland PSUC1/2T Tiger Cub with a Harrington Wayfarer C41C body which had been new in March 1955 to Hall, South Shields and had, in December 1959, passed to Bleanch, Hetton-le-Hole, with whom it is seen here.

Acquired from Hall Bros., South Shields in 1961, ACU215 was a Leyland PSUC1/2 Tiger Cub with a Duple Midland Donington C41F body new in June 1958. It ran in Hall's livery for about a year and was Silcox number 56.

Seen leaving the bus station in Darlington is Hall Bros., South Shields GCU570, one of two Duple Northern Continental C51F bodied Leyland PSU3/3R Leopards new in June 1962.

Barton 1156, GFT963, a Duple Bella Vega C41F bodied Bedford SB8 had been new to Taylor Bros. North Shields in April 1963 passing to Hall Bros. H2, when both companies were acquired in July 1967. It was transferred to the Barton fleet in January 1971 and is seen at the Chilwell garage.

New to Hall Bros., South Shields in June 1963, HCU962 was a Leyland L2 Leopard with a Duple Commodore C43F body. Silcox, Pembroke Dock acquired it in 1966 and numbered it 77 and it is seen at Haverfordwest.

Hall Bros. H9, JFT258, had been transferred from the Taylor Bros. fleet when both companies were acquired by Barton in July 1967. New to Taylor in March 1964, it is seen in Barton livery with Hall Bros. fleetname and fleet number and was one of two Bedford SB5s with Plaxton Embassy III C41F bodywork.

13. KCU706
Tyne Valley Coaches of Acomb operated KCU706, a Bedford SB5 with Plaxton C41F bodywork which was had been to Hall Bros of South Shields in February 1964. It is seen at the Haydon Bridge terminus of the service from Hexham, having turned round by circumnavigating the village's small council estate. The driver and conductress have gone to a nearby cafe for a cuppa before returning to Hexham.
