Grimsby Corporation bought this RT style AEC Regent III January 1947. It carries a Roe 56 seat body.
81, JV9901, is the only survivor of the so called provincial RTs which entered service in the late forties before the slightly modified AEC Regent III was introduced.
81 has graced these pages before being photographed in 2002 at Sandtoft awaiting restoration
