17. GFU693 ... Walsall 875, GFU693, a B.U.T 9611T built in 1950 with a NCB 54-seat body and acquired from Grimsby Cleethorpes in 1960. It was lengthened in 1962 and rebuilt to front entrance H39/30F by Walsall Corporation and survived until the end of the system in October 1970. (c.1969, Townend Street, Walsall)
