Glasgow Corporation "Coronation" 1282, built in 1940, was the last tram to run to Clydebank after the closing procession in Glasgow on the 4th September 1962.
It moved to Crich in 1963 and was restored in the mid seventies. Incredibly, it has now operated at Crich longer than it had in Glasgow. The extra long bow rope was a requirement of the Museum operation.
