Numbered L403 in the Central S.M.T. fleet, DVD261 was one of 100 Leyland PD2/1s with Leyland L27/26R bodies new in 1948.
It went to Locke (dealer), Edinburgh in November 1965 after being on loan to Scottish Omnibuses during 1965.
