Cumberland 229, GAO767, new in June 1948, was one of seventeen Leyland PD1s with Northern Coachbuilders L27/26R bodies new in 1948. 229 was rebuilt with radiused windows in 1958 and renumbered to 316 and passed to North (dealer), Leeds in November 1962 and was not traced further.
